They dont do this already because with the campaign system is more simple for them tweak number using faction popularity, but no campaign and switching to BR and global matchmaking it mean they cant anymore tweak number withaut damage different BR balance and make injust faction buff or Nerf
They fail as developers if they cant see ahead of their nose all the possibile problem can arise with every change and think to possibile solution

The tower points inside the monastery can be quite ass, but I prefer them to the storehouse to the left of the actual main church thing
