Can someone please explain to me why my soldiers mobility decreases and never increases? I have found precisely 0 information on this all over the interwebs. I’ve tried sidelining soldiers and squads but nothing helps. Thanks in advance.
Your mobility will change according to what kind of weapon they are holding.
For example:
- SMGs, Pistols, Melee, etc, you have high mobility.
- Rifles, Snipers, etc. you have medium mobility.
-MGs, Flamethrowers, etc. you have low mobility. - AT weapons vary, but often are the least mobile.

Do you know why the mobility stats on the main menu decreases after each battle? It’s like the soldiers stamina decreases after the battle but it never goes back up. It might not really matter but it’s driving me nuts that I can’t figure it out.
Which ones EXACTLY are you referring to? I want to make sure I give you the correct information.
I really dont understand what your problem is, but if you are referring to in game encounters. You can refill yout stamina with bottle of water (I really dont remember how exactly it’s called ingame, sorry 
But you surely find it, it’s the only bottle in logistics. You need certain campaign level to unlock it tho)
Btw. If you are playing Stalingrad campaign, things like aiming with your MG is draining your stamina too.
Did you upgrade soldier and let them learn perks? Specific perks consume specific points, you may find a lot of guides on YouTube.
Hi! Can you please provide more information, like pictures? It’s hard to know what your issue is without them, do you mean the mobility in perks? If so it’s normal, getting a perk decreases perk points.

certain weapons have higher stamina draw and mobility decreases based on carried weight.
