This photo which captured from wikipedia shows the mkb42h was tested in field in February 1942.
But the Wikipedia show the battle in Moscow was ended in January 1942 when you use English or another language. So the mkb42h should not in the campaign, right?
However,if you search battle of Moscow in Russian.
It shows that the battle was ended in April.
They were just ordered in February, that does mean they were not in field any time soon. Test were conducted in July as you can see just in next sentence.
No - they put it in Moscow because they can do what they like - actual dates are irrelevant to them - they already said as much in regard to the Jumbo.
Atleast PPSh in Moscow makes sense considering reports of some units ended up using them and even mentioned in one of Zvezda’s(Russian MOD’s official channel) old documentaries “Weapons of Victory” about the PPSh.
Modernfirearms.net said that the MKb.42 (H) were issued to front line units in the Eastern front by mid-1942. Posted the article on this thread.
who gives a shit. allies have plenty of fictional weapons. the only reason "muh historical accuracy’ gets trotted out is becausef X or Y main gets ass blasted at a perceived advantage given to one side .
the only problem is being able to use the same squad class several times ex assaulter 1,2,3 and spam the automatic weapons (sniper 1,2,3 in german moscow), it would take a sort of block that allows you to use only one squad class
The Sherman Jumbo didn’t arrive in Europe until September 1944 but the Normandy campaign ended in August 1944. Remove the Jumbo form Normandy? or just enjoy the game?
Much easier to “just enjoy the game” when the equipment matches the campaign it is supposed to be - if you want fantasy stuff thjhere’s already heaps of such games around
I feel very isolated being the only person on the entire forum who can enjoy the game and not complain constantly about the littlest changes/additions.
