I hate to swim in enlisted, as much as i would love to add bridge laying vehicles, bridge building or small inflatable boats it wont happen. i would also like to add tank riding to the game but that is another post i already made. thart being said we need more multi enviro vehicles. the rare glider launched and water capable vehicles of ww2. The Terrapin was one such vehicle over 500 being made and used in d-day and beyond. This would be a great br1 but given that all apcs ar br2 or above br2 is fine as it is not armed. it would make a great tech tree or event weapon, battle-passes dont add vehicles just camos and permium already took to many.
During the operations against Walcheren, Terrapins and Buffalo transports carried the 9th Canadian Infantry Brigade in what was intended to be a diversionary attack across a mile wide inlet on 9 October 1944. A sufficiently large bridgehead was made that the attack became the main attempt and the German defences were turned.
Terrapins were used in Operation Vitality II on 26 October 1944 to carry units from the British 52nd (Lowland) Division across the Scheldt; Amphibious Sherman DD tanks led the attack.
upside high speed without the low clearance of the apc trucks already in the game. downside its big, tall and long and high making it the opposite of the UC being visible from the moon. its a real steel vehicle with production numbers and combat usage. Its British making a representation of the UK and commonwealth a good option if UK and Italy every get a sub faction enough bait slip the Terrapin of war.
