Missing/Incorrect 30 day login box HELP DEVS! CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL

Hello, I have recently reached out to customer service over this issue, but they quite literally directed me here instead.

The other day I finally got to the 30 day login and claimed my login box. The box was supposed to have gold orders for troops, vehicles, weapons, or a 300% bonus game XP token. When I rolled the box I only received a task to earn 5 silver weapon orders. I am sure that this is a bug because the box very clearly states what is listed inside as a possible reward. Can I be given another 30 day login bonus box to redo the roll. I have a screenshot of the reward I earned as well as the ticket from customer service.

No, it can give you silver orders. You should be glad for weapon orders, since you could get just soldier ones.

Its a random roll.
You are more likely to get a silver or bronze order.
Gold orders or 300% boosters are really rare.

Getting a bronze solder order is insulting.

since when do you get bronze in big boxes? you either get gold order, 300%xp booster or 5 silver weapon/soldier order
