Why are my face cosmetics dissappearing, is there anything i can do to get them back??
Its just one of MANY MANY things wrong with Customization. Dont buy or use your orders for any cosmetics until they figure it out. I still have lots of heads, tops, helmets and pants missing between US and Germany. I used to buy that stuff till it straight up disappeared. Like my 4 Green tops i bought in Normandy, After the merge they disappeared twice, reappeared, disappeared again, then went and became whole suits in Tunisia and now they are just gone.
