I hope there will be an opportunity to get (not buy for irl money) the old event squads soon. Just for the sake of new players coming from Steam, it would make sense. It’s really not healthy to have paratroopers locked behind a paywall.

I wouldn’t stress too much if I were you. At the very least, I don’t believe that the old event squads will never be obtainable ever again.
They can literally only recycle old content they’ve already created without basically any effort whatsoever. And either take advantage of selling it for irl money, or do another FOMO event that will increase player activity.

There was a silenced MP40 squad with plant camouflage which I occasionally see which was too cool not to make a comeback at some point.
Yea I have them. They came with British SAS with special desert hat (in that event)
As for me I miss that russian pd40 with bayonet which suck cause at the time I need those ( don’t know if it premium or not but it looks event to me)

If you’re talking about PPD-40 DSZ, that’s the premium squad.
But you’re lucky, since this is one of those squads who already returned at least twice for limited time.
All you have to do is wait (most likely to Anniversary) and then buy it.

I hope we get an option to get old event squads eventually, it would be a real shame if you had to buy them. I am secretly hoping we get a chance with the steam release.

I want that Soviet assaulter squad with the PPK-42 and the Rhino Stuart. I didn’t used to play the game when they launched Operation Battle Summer. I think there might have been a plane as well which was a part of this event. A FW something.
