I am almost certain the squad screen said these soldiers came with the 30% horizontal recoil perk. Just now seeing it doesn’t have it now after buying the squad. I even remember saying to myself that’s weird because they don’t even have enough points to select it. Thought it was because of pre-merge reasons and it would of stayed selected like other pre-merge soldiers with a similar issue. Can someone who did not buy the squad please upload a picture of the starting perks the game advertises they come with. Horizontal recoil is really hard to control on console with certain guns and I was expecting to have that perk on these guys. Thanks for whoever’s help clarifying what the game says they have.
This is now twice within a few months they have broken consumer protection laws. Something needs to be done about this. @Euthymia07-live

think the ‘optimal perks give’ is a suggestion on what to pick, you can see the starter aim speed perk right above

To my knowledge the squad screen lists what perks the premium soldiers come with already selected. I’ve bought many, many, premium squads and they usually match up to my recollection. To be honest though i usually delete and choose my own 9 times out of 10 and have never sat there and cross referenced them all. Either way it’s false advertising. It’s listing a perk that the soldier doesn’t have enough points to claim if it’s not already preset via the selected “optimal perks” by devs.

If you can upload a picture of the russian beltfed dpm squad screen i can cross reference them to see if I’m just a dumbass. I know it has the horizontal recoil perk listed on there and they also come with the horizontal recoil perk. Not sure what the others listed are.
Also, to me, if that list is just perk suggestions then it would say “optimal perks are” not “give”. “Give” suggests they are already given
@LokalHero are you able to clarify on this? I’m not sure who else i can ask. Euthy never seems to respond to me. Are the list of perks on the squad screen for premium squads advertising what perks come pre-selected on soldiers or not?
@Luvs2spooge you can probably answer this for me. Know you probably have as many premmy squads as me if not more. I’m also curious to know if you bought the mg13 drum mag squad a long time ago before it left the store, and if so, did they come with different perk values and with the horizontal recoil perk

Mine came the same as yours, however, if they are advertising a 30% horizontal perk, then the soldiers will not be able to get that until they get their fifth star, then the perks could be reset for free to get that 30% horizontal. So, it’s not 30% out of the box, but after the soldier is maxed and that is the perk you choose. I always choose vertical instead of horizontal anyway, so I never pay attention to what they advertise. 
Thanks for your response. You can refer to the screenshots up top. Premmy soldiers can come with tier 5 perks unlocked from the start like how our guys came with the health perk unlocked from the start (in screenshot). So you wouldn’t have to level up a premmy soldier if it comes with it. Next is these soldiers don’t come with enough perk points to get the horizontal perk which is the whole issue right now. If i could just change it to that i would of never made a post about it hah (and yes screenshot shows the horizontal perk in the list before you buy squad)

In the store the STG 45(M) Squad says rank V, but in game is a rank IV =D

It was downtiered to br 4 from 5 but apparently nobody thought about updating the store page then.
