Now think about it, how would you add Medic class to other campaigns considering their current possition (replacing Assaulter I) in Stalingrad and Pacific.
You must realize that current Medic squad is quite early in campaign (Stalingrad/Pacific) and that makes them easier to upgrade/unlock new levels as they require much less XP for that. If you would add Medic to other campaigns just at the end of the current levels (40 for Moscow/Normandy, really?) they would require a lot of XP for just first level. Also you can’t just remove Assaulter I from the game and put Medic squad there (majority of my Assaulter soldiers are Assaulter I), btw devs won’t remove something that is already put into the game (see Jumbo in Normandy).
Currently Medic squad in basic campaigns (Moscow/Normandy/Berlin/Tunisia) are in a bad spot, it’s too late to add them late, the only solution would be to rework the whole campaign system and there may be a chance for that in the future, but not a near future for sure.

If not adding medic squad, just add medic soldiers in all campaign. Possibility of adding 1 medic soldier in a existing squad
I am not sure if medics are that useful, to warrant their existance in game.
Make them a dual unlock. You’ll unlock both Assaulter I and Medic in one level.

Would be ok, but let’s be realistic, it won’t happen with how unlocking new levels work right now, for this we need a complete overhaul of campaign progression system.

Unfortunately you’re probably right.
Not necessarily though, Im fairly certain they have reordered campaign levels before, its just quite rare but they can easily do it. Or they can just add it late, it wouldn’t be a big deal.
People can like what they want, but I disagree. Med boxes placed in the right places when combined with the correct perks and loadout can make someone live quite a while to rack up kills.
I will agree that they are more useful on defense but either way, having the extra heals is big. I agree with adding them across all campaigns
