Me 162 "Komet" as a event Jet or event sqaud for BR IV

there were only 2 xa 38s built and that is in warthunder and enlisted

you are playing the wrong game if you dont like protypes like that though just a heads up.

as an avid as 42 enjoyer i find it really stuid how 1 hit clipping a radiator means death for any plane becase they cant go repair with how easily aa is avalible having a rear most repair point is starting to become a necesity

My friend an avid pilot and plane enjoyer also hates this tanks can repair themselves from black to white but a leaky oil tank or radiator means your time limited

As long as there isn’t a forced take off when spawning then I’m cool with that

I love optional airfields but never forced airfields

yes exactly a land to repair point farther back while keeping the rearm point forward airfeilds should have light aa to detur spawn camping i should make a formal suggestion itl be ready soon shall i dm you a link when its ready

It would be faster to just kill yourself and spawn into a new plane from a different squad

not everyone plane cycles or wants to just cycle squads back to the planes normally having dedicated proper plane repairs is getting to be a necessity at this rate mechanics are all there to

You could literally loose multiple objectives in the time it takes to go land, repair, and get back up in the air again. I think it would just piss people off having a team mate running off for that long with zero contribution to the match. In such a fast paced game, i would not call it a necessity and more of a detriment.

you really need to play with 4 squads again my guy im not suggesting them be so far back you could cycle 4 times over just a fair bit away by your logic rallies are bad as you can loose a point before you can build one having repairs and not using it is one thing but being killed because little jonnys polston yellowed your radiator and having no way to fix it is just dumb

i mean if your a seagull mabey ited take that long any other monoplane can easily cook it there and back thats just entirely a skill issue

They’ve given us two free slots for premmy/event. There’s no excuse to not have premium account if you’re an active player when it only cost $20 usd for a year, which gives another two slots. Unless you’re a starving african and truly can’t afford it…then I would say why tf you on here in the first place as computers cost money and you should be trying to improve your situation, not playing shoot-em-ups.

Building a rally takes 8 seconds. So no, this is not the same logic and don’t try to compare. Just taking off from the carrier, getting to a good altitude/speed, and then getting to the objective takes around 2 minutes. Now let’s add the time it takes to get there and carefully land from the objective (or worse, way out past it). That’s another 40 seconds to 1.5 minutes depending how far out you are, even worse if your plane is crippled and can’t turn/fly good. All in all, you’d be out of the match entirely for around 3 minutes. Some matches only last 10 minutes, lots end in around 20 minutes.

This idea seems fun on paper, but it’s not a good system for what enlisted is. In general people hate taking off from carriers. It’s a fast paced, tiny mapped, arcade shooter. What you’re suggesting would be ideal for sims or large scale games.

If you’re trying to win the match, what’s dumb is dissappearing for this amount of time to go repair your radiator. Not only do you leave the field and your tanks vulnerable from an attack when you could still engage with a “yellowed” radiator, you’re blocking someone else who could take over in a fraction of the time to get the job done themselves. It would be smarter to just make the most of what you have, if the plane can still engage and take out 1 or 2 more tanks, kill an APC, help clear an objective, or shoot down an enemy plane, then that’s what you should do with the time you have and then crash where the flames could block off a route. Then someone else can take the plane spot while you help on the ground instead of doing nothing for 3 minutes. That’s how you make the most of it, or you could just put in 3 plane squads if you really want to play them so badly.

Oh yes like everyone totally has more than 4 squad slots

Do you need someone to buy you premmy time? I’ll start a go fund me for you on the forum and I’ll pitch in $5.

Same goes for you @ArcherTheGreyFen-psn

No? I am just saying people other than me might not have more than 4 squad slots to cycle planes

You could have atleast said thank you for the offer. Here I was thinking I’d help bless some noobs

I been playing the game for years

Then maybe you should be blessing the noobs who don’t have 4 slots

you wouldn’t pull out to fix when its yellowed only when your water or oil has leaked out because you now have a few mins before the engine seizes up same as if an aa gun has ripped apart your wing and you have lost major control then ited be wise to repair you really dont understand gameplay for this vehicle type at all no one but you is suggesting starting from take off and building a rally is sure 8 seconds of building not including finding a location setting up sandbags or ammo boxes etc wich does drastically change time just a repair point when the planes at its worst so you can keep flying

Okay fine, i spend 16 seconds building a rally and two sandbag walls around it, then i move on to battle. Still significantly less time than it takes to go repair. Sometimes all your team has is 1 or 2 other competent players. If one of them disappears for that long you loose. I play planes regularly, and has become one of my favorite ways to play the game. So I do understand quite well the pacing of things and gameplay around planes. There is in fact an appropriate time to just kill yourself and get a fresh respawn for all squad types. If your tank only has 2 guys left and it’s taking forever to reload you’re better off just killing yourself to open the slot up or start with a fresh tank squad. If you’ve captured an objective and you only have 2 guys left with no engineer, you’re better off killing yourself to push forward with a fresh infantry squad. If you’re in a crippled plane you’re most definitely better off making the most of it and crashing. There is an optimal way to play. I understand why people might choose not to play like this, but an airfield will most certainly be a detriment to your team.
