My guess is poor sales since the TT KE7 is better and the TT squad can add a Radioman too…something Premium squads lack.
I had to get the Soviet squad for the Lewis…sad they have 5 in one squad and we have only won 3 in events with much worse sighting…for a British gun!

If you can find an opening to exploit the flame tank can so some serious damage.
It is fast had a larger area that is beeing scorched due to having 2 flamers with extended range and infantry are almost 1shot by the flames and rarely live once hit.
Depending on the map a lone flametank can clear entire objectives or barely do anything at all if the enemy tanks can lock down all the approaches.
A good team will make your life hell but that is the live of all tanks not in the greyzone.
Due to the mobility dodging explosive packs is very much possible especially if you also can suppress the enemy positions with the flamethrowers giving the enemy less time to aim and cook or risk gettting burned but flanking AT soldiers with ATR/Lauchers can really cause problem if they snipe you.
As for the BR the flamepanzer can be still effective at BR 5 since nothing really changes between each BR. Infantry AT weapons will always pen you and so does every tank regardless of BR.
As for what you do can kill it also doesnt change much as infantry dies all the same and since enemy tanks should always be avoided the added armor in the BRs also doesnt matter.
If you can ambush and open top tank you do can win fights but if it is closed top all you can hope to do is blind it and aim for the engine and hope it burns which isnt reliable.
Even if opposed the flame tank only turn into a high risk high reward type of tank as it might just find an opening and slip past the defence due to its insane speed and relatively small size or the correct use of the smoke lauchers so you might still get some good results.
TLDR: If there are no enemy tanks it can be insanely powerfull but if the enemy tanks are in position or the enemy players very dedicated to hunting tanks it really falls off hard.
You generaly wont live long on the frontline but every second you do live you can be a huge headache for the enemy team so it might still might be very much worth it even if you ultimately sacrefice your tank to support a push.
