Forgive me for my possibly stupid question, but I remember that the developers added the ability for I-V BR players to play on all the maps in the game. I didn’t give up the game for long and didn’t follow this news. Is this feature working now, or is IV-V Br only playing on Berlin, Stalingrad, etc. maps, but without the Tunis map?

As far as I’m aware, nothing else has changed. All maps are open to all BRs.
Thank god, without Tunis and Moskva.
Wish Berlin, Stalingrad, Rzhev, Ardennes and Normandy were also properly BR locked 
I dunno. As someone who mainly plays the lower BRs, I kinda like having more maps to explore. Not very HA, I know. But it is just a game. 
Let’s put it this way: if back in the day someone told me “hey come to our WW2 game, we have interwar T-28 and biplanes in Berlin 1945 as well as jets and RPD in Stalingrad 1942”, I would have been like
It’s just a game, yes, but there are games I would never touch with a 10 foot pole, and Enlisted was a different game when they got my attention, time and money investments
