Clearly DF’s matchmaking is to find enough player and lock them in a room no matter their level skill or equipment. Or How the fuck did I manage to get killed by someone with sniper garand? The system is already fucked by matchmaking level1-3 in a room and now a level 1 even see level 4 and 5 in their game

Can’t blame him for mixing up the 2, why even have tiers if there are also BR for each equipment with tier meaning nothing? Needless confusion

There are 2 sniper garands ingame. One is BR3, the second is BR5. They do not differ in stats, the only difference is scope.
I think the one thing I dislike with the B/R is if everyone in all my squads are using B/R level 2 weapons, I get placed in B/R level 1-3 where I face level 3 weapons. If I add just one level 3 weapon as I much prefer the BAR over the Bren then it places me in B/R level 1-5 and I am outgunned which means I might as well just play my squads I designate my level 3-5 squads. I like the game, but I enjoy playing at the different levels because I can use different weapons and not feel outgunned by using a level 1 or 2 gun against higher levels. So someone correct me if I am wrong, but if the B/R says level 1-5 then I am facing people who are at least could be using weapons rated at level 4?
I doubt anyone will use sniper garand to call BR3 M1C Garand since the BR3 one is literally called Sniper M1 Garand.
I would, since I really dont remember how BR5 sniepr garand is called. Nor do I really care, since the weapon is extremely trash for its BR.
Maybe true if you are referring to the gun from tech tree perspective.
But now he is killed by it, he will see he was killed by M1C Garand, if he doesn’t remember what it is he will think it is a variant of M1 Garand instead of sniper version of M1 Garand.
