A lot of people on here complain that the map preference selection doesn’t work but I am wondering if others have complaints about the offensive and defensive battles. For MANY BP in a row, I am ALWAYS defending 75-80% off the time until I hit a much higher Rank where it the settles to 50/50%. Does anyone else experience this? Probability dictates that this shouldn’t happen repeatedly. Are people getting to attack 80% of the time?
If this is the case, defensive wins should count for 2 points instead of 1.
It’s a mixed bag for me. Sometimes attack 5 games in a row, sometimes confrontation 5 times in a row. Basically ALWAYS up-tiered while playing BR1, though. Which is more of an issue. I barely have fully equipped BR1 squads for 2 of 4 nations (by barely I mean i have guys who don’t even have 1 grenade yet, and many of their primary weapons at 0 stars), and i almost always (read: always) get up-tiered to BR2 where there are machine guns and semi-autos everywhere. Playing soviets who haven’t even unlocked engineers yet and watching mannlicher feature prominently in the kill feed, along with breda et al, is a bit disheartening.
I have since unlocked engis for the sov-boys, but it’s still early days grinding against fully-equipped assaulters and machine gunners with 3 grenades and machine-gun emplacements etc etc.
