ZB can’t offer anything unique that the Japanese BR2/3 MGs doesn’t already have.
Plus it would just be an embarrassingly boring copy paste.
Had DF released it as a premium squad, I highly doubt OP (who proposes it himself) would have bought it at all.

The problem is that the Manchukuo army never participated in the Pacific War and the Indochina War.
They only fought Chinese guerrillas and Soviet.
Can you explain me then why they are then French partisans fighting in Pacific?
Especially considering Devs have removed all premium squads which equipped TT weapon from store.
They were active on Western Front, while the Manchukuo Army has not yet appeared in any of the game’s campaigns.
Siam will be better choice and we have a tank skin for Ha-Go for it but sadly it will be equipped with some bolt actions xD

I’m not sure if Thailand army is one of them. It seems to have some historical controversy.
Some fought against US and UK but it was small number and there is not interesting weapons there is one carabine but they produced it after the war that is combination of used Arisaka rifles and M1 carabine so in a way it was used in the war 
but was combined after the war.

I think for event best option will be some bolt action so can be used at BR I with the Ha-Go and in the future maybe a skin for the KI -44
