Currently there is no difference between carrying the weapon in a static position and keeping the weapon pointed, where the head should be tilted towards the weapon and the weapon should be placed over the shoulder and slightly raised until aligned with the head. It is suggested to add this intermediate animation that is missing in all Enlisted soldiers.
