Right now when you throw TNT player does toss animation, but TNT drops straight under players feet. Please add small throw distance, like 2-3 meters so player could at least throw it out of the window or any other obstacle.
Thats something I’d love. Even a single meter would do. Imagine being at the second story of a house, at a window and you know ppl are underneath.
Right now if you drop tnt… it just sits on the windowsill… it’s like your character can’t even extend his arm to drop his lil present down the other side of the window.
Eheh yeah I’d love this. And 1 to 3 meter wouldn’t be op or game breaking at all (like 9 × 3 wp, for example). It would just be a nice qol thing, just positive.

TNT is MEANT to be placed, just as other mines are. Its not supposed to be a reactionary measure (something you do in the heat of the moment), but rather something you set in advance, and use when the time is right.
I understand it, Im not talking about making it like BF4 C4. But right now it’s barely usable because you cant put it even on distance of stretched hand. Like adding 1 meter whould do the job
I get that, HOWEVER
This just encourages people to be reactionary with it. Detonating it mere moments after dropping it. You might as well just use a grenade for that function.
TNT definitely needs some changes, but I don’t think making it a reactionary weapon is the solution, primarily because the blast radius fairly large and quite powerful.
Making it to where you can place the detonator down somewhere, and linking multiple TNT charges to one detonator, I think is the better option. This way, it encourages players to place it in advance rather than as a remote detonated grenade.
Finally a great suggestion. TNT is pretty useless in current state.
