I saw this kind of scene in a match I experienced just now.
There was a guy who set up a rally point on top of a grain silo. Other players had probably spawned there by mistake. They try to get down the ladder, but the trouble is, bot can’t get down from the silo.
The game was going well until he set up a rally point here, but this rally point caused the team to become dysfunctional and lose the game.
I can’t say that camping is a bad thing, but this was completely annoying to our side. I think it needs to be fixed.
Either the bot needs to be able to get down from the top of the silo, roof, etc. or it needs to be adjusted so that the rally point cannot be placed where the bot will not be able to move.

Those guys, are absolute nuisances.
They build useless rp in spots where they plan to camp as long as they can. Not only they don’t help, but they trick teammates and have all their bots stuck up there…
On the spawning minimap, there’s no way to know beforehand if the spawning point is set in such a retarded place by a selfish player.
Sometimes, a poorly placed rp like this is enough to cost the team victory…
… I miss when we could break friendly rps when I see those…

Top of silo, disused train carriage and loft … Every time I had to type to remind my teammates not to revive at that rally point

I think the better solution is to make only that person able to respawn there, rather than remove it entirely. Some areas like this can be difficult to reach if they are under heavy fire, and can be excellent support locations.
I myself have used this exact location to snipe, set a heavy MG nest, set an AA (which is actually VERY effective), or create a raised mortar platform (which allows mortar users to spot their own targets).
Support is definitely useful from it, but I agree, setting up a rally that the whole team attempts to use is just bad unless it were to restrict it to just that player.

Yes, I agree with you.
I think a team is at its maximum combat efficiency when it has enough attackers/defenders fighting on the front lines, and supporters supporting from a bit behind and on the flanks.
When anyone can spawn in an attractive campsite, there will not be enough front line fighters and they will be overwhelmed. Especially since more people tend to want to camp when the enemy is tough.
I was an avid Battlefield player before I started Enlisted, and it also happened in Battlefield that once spawn points were set up on building rooftops or cliff tops, teams would slow down and struggle.
However, the problem may be more serious in Enlisted.
In Enlisted, the player is always in command of a squad of 4 to 9 soldiers. Therefore, the influence of one player on the game is much greater than in Battlefield, where you are always fighting alone.
As an example, if 3 men lead a squad of riflemen into a CP, the total number of attacking soldiers is 27. This is a threatening number.
But if they do not enter the CP and snipe from the rear, 27 soldiers will disappear from the front line. If the distance from the enemy is too great, the bot will not snipe, so it is always 3 men who are useful as covering firepower.
Another problem in this case is that the spawn point was set above the silo. Late in the game, many people spawned there because the other rally points had been destroyed. But as I mentioned before, the bot can’t get off there and only one or two people can get back to the front line.
If the rally point had been set below the silo, only those who wanted to snipe could have returned to the silo and climbed up immediately, and those who did not could have attacked the enemy base.
It seems to me that we need to either make it impossible for other squads to launch from rallies that are placed where they cannot return to the line of fire, as you suggest, or change the rally points themselves so that they cannot be placed in such locations.
