Soldier starting perks differ from soldier class and level but they are very minor and hardly felt during battle. Why not make their perks more specialised?
It could work as an ultimate perk of some sort.
Here are just some examples how it could work, some perks could be permanent and other can be activated only once per squad spawn:

Machine gunner
Improved recoil control by 100% for 10 seconds when hip-firing. -
AT gunner
AT gunner 1 could have improved reload time for 20 seconds when the perk is activated
AT gunner 2 could have visible tank weakspots for 30 seconds when activated -
Engineer
When engineer 1 is a part of an engineer squad he can call one AI to help him built one structure.
For engineer 2 it could be a different perk like the ability to build 2 rally points or something like that. -
Radio operator
20% Faster firing rate with bolt action rifles when waiting for artillery to reload -
Sniper
20% less chance for AI soldiers to see you
I don’t know these are just some examples I came up with. The point is I would love to see some more special perks added to the game which will make other classes more usable
I never talked with community about this so I would like to see your thoughts. Should we have more specialised perks?
