Сapturing points leads the team to victory, it is very important. So I notice the problem is that the more kills the player has, the more useful he is and the more experience he gets, regardless of how many points he captured. I think that it is necessary to do the opposite: so that the player who captured the most points is considered more useful. Then the players will try to capture points more, rather than earn frags.
This, i dont know why i didnt ask this on the CBT. I think that you get little to no encouragement to capture points when killing 3 bots will give you the same amount of points.
I guess, yes. The developers will not listen to the players while they are doing well with the game statistics and income.
I mean if the 1.5x XP multiplier for a win isnt enough of an encouragement…
Maybe it is going to take time but they listen to community they changed a lot do to our suggestions
I captured the first 3 points on Omaha by myself but ended up in 4/5th place. Captures definitely need more urgency.
Thankfully it’s hard to miss with the vocal call outs of capturing/ ‘we’re losing!!’ but something more would be nice. The 3d visuals are quite obscured.
This post was from april 9th and I haven’t seen it till MAY so this might be a bit late, but i TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS. I spent half the match playing engineer trying to cap points and set up forward spawns to ease the capturing of said points only to get NOTHING as a reward unless im shooting people.
