If they want to get fancy with it, they could even add animations of them getting out of their seats. I know, maybe a bit wild and crazy.

That’d be really cool. I’d feel the need though to see how far in advance they do that. There’s equipment checks etc and not sure how long that takes. The time the aircraft spawns and the actual jump in game might be too short for that.
People do complain para’s are OP so I’d be happy with a longer flight time if we get full animations. With the whole “stand up, hook up, sound off for equipment check” and all of them screaming “nr ok” like in Band of Brothers.

That would be cool in a single player RPG, but in a dynamic MMO like Enlisted things need to get somewhat compressed to deliver action to the player. like rally points that place your team where you “command” it, instead of riding there on trucks from behind the frontline, jumping off from the trunk one by one and heading to the said rally point.
They could just make them stand instead of sit, whole animation might be a bit much.
