Regardless your trying to claim its due to fact that everything axis has on moscow they have on other campaigns as well.
Which is about 1% of the reason ppl refuses to play axis moscow.
Tell me the reason to play moscow axis.
Name one thing players want to grind for, which isn’t added to any other campaign.
If you want to play moscow, there’s zero reasons go choose axis, especially if you already played axis in any other campaign. There is NOTHING to play for.
Main problem is player count, and you won’t increase it even if you’ll add a maus at lvl 40.

Good question, let me see. Im looking for campaign that is balanced and not one sided cluster fuck.
But the game is asymmetrically balanced as you said so, I think the GRB39 is good reason to play axis.
As thats clearly better than PTRD / PTRS.

Stalingrad has it, tunisia got it too. At much lower level. So no point to go to moscow if you just want to try grb.

Axis had FG-42 II in berlin for a pretty long time, still players said that they suffer.
Is it better than anything soviets have? Yes.
Does it help when you don’t have enough players in your team? Nope.
In two sweatlord teams axis wins pretty often. You know why?
BECAUSE PLAYER SKILL AND AMOUNT ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THEIR EQUIPMENT.

No, I was that axis sweatlord who was running around with bolt-actions and grenade pouches having no problems with most of soviet team.
I also had no problems with tanks because I had my stuka.
I only had problems with retarded teammates who refuse to do anything useful even if you ask them to.

Grenades have equal power for both sides.
I play for fun too. And I don’t prefer any side so I don’t have to prove that my side suffers.
So if it’s not balanced, then it’ll be an easy win for you as soviets. Right?

You’re trying to look at one weapon class forgetting that we have different weapon classes, different vehicle types, and they all are being used at once, since this is a team game, not a fucking duel.

In my honest opinion they should just make it 40 rounds and call it a day. The m38 is by no means game breaking and it definitely won’t hurt anyone if they buff it up. Honestly giving a gun 20 rounds is pretty lame no matter the gun (unless it only could have 20)

not really, but the MG13 vs the Madsen isnt, nor is the MG34 vs DP27. It’s not 1:1, nor should it be. Agreed that it being the 20 round variant is stupid though
