Instead of 10 level on matchmaking should be 5 or less different matchinmaking groups. That means player will be lumped into 5 teirs instead of 10 different. And question, will it be based on average or highest level item?

If it goes the way they say, BR of your squads will be based off of the highest level item, like in War Thunder. (I think)

It has to be additive, otherwise there would be people sandbagging with a bunch of empty squads and one King Tiger/P-47/etc.
Plus how would it work for people with 10 squads? Would they just get screwed with every additional squad beyond 3 or 4 increasing their BR no matter what? Would they be able to sandbag 7 shit squads with three good squads to lower their BR?
Ultimately it makes more sense to base it on the highest item equipped, even if it does mess with people that are leveling more.
