Since theres already scars, beards and whatnot how about they only get applied to high level soldiers. This a way soldiers would look like they have some more experience on the field wich would eplain their skills

I always loved to have soldiers with only one arm or one leg. Comes in handy.
You mean appearances on the uniforms?
Was a thing in the alpha with ranks and battalion signs. Still don’t know why they didn’t kept that.

Ok, i get it. But how should that look like? I mean you have older looking faces. What is your typical battle hardened face?
Well, you can use the (underdeveloped) soldier customization feture. It allows you to change faces.
Maybe we’ll get smth nice with the forgotten veterancy system …

I think it’d be cool if your guys wore a medal, Germans would wear their iron and knights cross as a standard part of their uniform if they were so inclined so that’d be a nice little detail, I can’t recall an American ever wearing their distinguished service cross into a fight but I guess they could’ve if they wanted to
