Currently, bots will bring equipment with a much lower Battle Rating than the match itself.
In this screenshot, in the “BR” column, you can see one example of bots with BR1 equipment in a BR5 game. For reference the match ID is 634955552585484513. There are many other examples out there.

This is not acceptable. Bots are supposed to be filling in for real players, and as such they should use equipment compatible with the match’s Battle Rating.
- Yes, make sure bots bring equipment corresponding to the match’s Battle Rating
- No, let bots keep bringing equipment far below the match’s Battle Rating.

Fun fact: The bots before the update back in may, 2025…all had BR V weapons.

In PvP matches? Yes.
In Custom Games? No, let me choose what BR the Bots have. The Devs should add an option for that. Hard to teach my friends in a custom game when they’ve only got BR I gear and the bots are coming in with BR III and IV with tanks my friends can’t possibly handle.

I know it happens naturally from time to time, but it’s been a while since I’ve seen a bot using an HMG on its own.

Yeah and in PvP the bots have BR I tanks and in custom matches they have list of BR II to III tanks only
Idk but it was funny.
Also they DO control Maxim’s, MG42’S and the other 2 stationary weapons that YOU can build for america and japan.
