Western Allies have access to 8 fighter pilot squads, but only 8th Fighter Pilot Squadron can use AP-4C (new fighter plane) - a squad which has an ugly emblem.
Please make AP-4C be usable by squads with an elegant emblems - 375th Fighter Squadron or Marine Fighting Squadron 121.
Can we just upBR all planes with Rockets? They don’t belong in low BR at all
all german rocket planes are 3 and above but soviets have lowest br1and lowest plane usa br2
I dont care about the BR, just change the goddamn emblem.
Solution is simple. Remove squads emblems/imagery completely, giving them generic Fighter 1 and 2 squads (same applies to every other squad type) and allow emblem customization to be player-decided (premium/unique ones, like the Volksturm, could be bought seperately). Just a suggestion.
There are hang ups like this for all vehicles in game. Because in the campaigns some vehicles came with their own squads and within the campaign setting those squads could use certain tanks or planes only. This was done to prevent oversaturation of the meta vehicles at the campaign level. I guess now that everything is generic, this code has to come off and you can cosmetically chose whichever squadron you like to represent the fighters or attackers in your generic line up…

HVAR rockets are the only real issue, the M8 rockets on the other ones aren’t all that good.
You mean the F4U-4? Like the FP-5 is the F6F Hellcat, or the FP-3 is the F4F Wildcat?
I can come up with random/unscourced designations for slavic/russian planes too, but I bet Russian/Slavic devs don’t use NATO designations for Russian planes in their eastern EU/RF localizations. FFS
