APCs are a pretty useful vehichle to have, but they are all at least BR2, meaning that BR1 lineups can’t use APCs. All the unarmored TT APCs could be lowered to BR1 no problem since they’re vulnerable, but I think most lightly armed APCs could go to BR1 as well. Those lightly armed APCs would include the Sd.Kfz.251/1, M3 halftrack, Ho-Ha, Universal Carrier, and maybe the LVT 4, lightly armed in the sense they only have a machine gun or something weak and are easy to destroy, so you’d still use it in it’s intended role. I think a few MGs on APCs wouldn’t be that powerful for BR1, we’ve already seen how bikes on BR1 are pretty mid, and APCs have do deal with overheat as well. What do you think, forum members? Would this be fine, or should only TT APCs be BR1?
I agree with unarmed apcs, bikes are completely exposed and have very limited arcs of fire so so, bikers also have very small crews. A drive by with only the crew and passenger guns is bad enough without adding a mounted gun to br 1
I think APCs are, yes, a bit more survivable, but again, their guns overheat quite fast, something bikes don’t have to deal with, and some APCs like the 251 and Ho-Ha also have pretty bad traverse andgles on the MGs
all unarmed/armored transports should move down to BR 1, at the minimum
Well, to be honest, I would really like to send the Universal Carrier to BR1 and form a completely British setup there. But I believe that every armed APC should be BR2 or higher and TT APCs should be BR1.
UC works better at BR2 anyway imo, you can combo it with the Lee Enfield, the sten is still good enough for BR2, or you could take the owen or lancaster if you want a more meta weapon. Plus the PIAT ofc.
And you have the bren gun. Br 1 has no machineguns
Yes, I just get tired of BR2 sometimes. I hope they add more British TT weapons.
