We need some macro way to manage our soldier stock. I got 170+ on each side, on each campaign, MAN. We need some like soldier management UI, where we can see the dudes, and see stats, and dismiss them easy. Stuff like that.
they should just scrap academy and go to straight xp system, would solve the excess soliders and academy ui problems all in 1 go.

you know what else solves the soldier issue, it’s called using the button called send to the rear
