Make a toggleable button for direct conversion of XP into silver

As the tag implies, adding a button in the techtree for us who already grinded out every single thing in a faction to directly convert excess XP to silver. This will need to be a toggleable button for those of course doesn’t want to convert it all, or set a maximum threshold you can write in when it will start turning into silver. Say you set XP cap to 30,000, systematically it turns rest of it into silver.

This is very important, we wouldnt want the developers to convert hard earned XP to silver (at terrible rates too) without the player agreeing to it first.
