In the current version 0.4.8.99, the developers have turned off the ringing (radio sound) of opponent spawn pools (resurrection broadcasts)." to avoid discover them , or to reflect the ability of Xray users to discover them".
I don’t want to waste too much of my life time recording playback files and then having to compress them, messing with a complicated reporting process that still ends up being ignored.
So if you don’t want to believe me, just unplug and walk away, after all, even though normal feedback is not fulfilling.

The developers did not turn off anything on purpose without announcement. Not a stealth nerf.
