The majority of melee weapons are just a waste of development resources.
Squad sten 2s fixed knife
The Moroccan squad is also fixed
The Italian fighters with beretta is also fixed
A squad with a Thompson M1 with a knife is fixed

Dаdao can be attributed to a fixed melee weapon. But it’s better than a knife, so that’s a win.

It is better, but an interesting fact, Dadao, or 大刀，literally means “Big Blade” or “Big Knife” in Chinese.

That may be true that bigger issues exist in Enlisted that should be tackled HOWEVER, most of us are simple brained fashionistas and have desires for cool knives even if we MAYBE only get 1 or 2 knife kills a day if that.
honestly i would definitly love it i hope one day we got something like a butterfly knife cuz i kinda addicted to those sick movements that can be done with that knife hehehe

You know, it would be absolutely awesome if all guns with folding stocks, bayonets, and magazines had an unfolding animation upon spawning.
But it’s best not to do this at the rally points built by engineers, though. The lack of protection after spawning puts players in a dangerous position during this animation.

No these are engineering machetes from like the 1845-1918 they repurposed
However, in the sources that I used, it was stated that it was the Luftwaffe)

I agree, but most of bike or apc mounted weapons lack of weapon reload or cycling animations, so devs propably wouldn’t bother with animation for deploying a knife.
