We do have an M3 with an extended stock…
Maybe extending the stock can be a gun modification?
But why?
Maybe running your gun in disassembled state should also be a modification?
Or how about another super cool mod: "empty mags’’?
Actually jungle mags could be a cool modification and would increase every other reload’s speed.

Maybe make it a toggle option we’re you can toggle the bipod or stock and it will provide different pros and cons. Like if you toggle the stock, it will give you less recoil but slower turning

Or they could make it so the bipod deploys automatically when it is mounted.
Not sure how they could make the stock extending thing work though (like what button to press)

TBH I’m not even sure why you need to extend the stock on the M3, as it has almost no recoil.

It looks very cringy, when soldier shooting from shoulder with collapsed stock. He literally holds the gun as there is stock, but the stock is collapsed

The benefit that stock gives may not only reduce the recoil but also the diffusion value.
