M24 Chaffee has a bug on it's ball mounted MG on the hull

The ball mounted MG on the hull cannot traverse at all, it’s fixed on the spot.

I’m pretty sure that this is not the intended behavior and the ball mounted MG could actually traverse judging from the source.

ive reported it during the last major updates test server, along with the ferdinand having an incorrect reload (should be 6.7 by default not 8.5)
