The Browning machine guns on the M13 MGCM don’t have the damage they should, neither against infantry nor aircraft. Currently, their damage is similar to the Browning 1919; that is, a 12.7 mm caliber weapon has similar damage to a 7.62 mm weapon. The same Browning M2 engineer machine gun has more damage against infantry and aircraft.

I believe it’s raising the damage of the MGs on the M13 to the emplaced MG damage.

I believe that the Browning M2 damage should be standardized for all vehicles and aircraft, based on the engineers’ Browning M2, as this one seems to behave most correctly.
