Lukewarm Take

Gaijin needs to make all premium squad weapons (Even ones not available any more) available to all players as gold orders, but only allow each player to own one. This will allow the owners of premium squads to still have an advantage, and for Gaijin to make money from the premium squads, while also letting non-paying players to use the unique weapons. The weapons could also be up for purchase even after the squads themselves get cycled out for new premium squads. They could also do this for cosmetics, without the purchasable amount cap, and by simply increasing the amount of appearance orders needed to get them (e.g. Most helmets being 8 orders, a premium one could be 10-14 orders).

if they do that then they may as well start a sale on gold so people can buy all the gold they need and buy all the cosmetics they want and all the weapons they want then.

I meant gold orders, not “Enlisted” gold (Unless you are saying that and I’m not reading your reply right).

I’m saying if they have a sale on gold people can get more gold weapons because if you don’t have a ticket you can just buy it for gold.

Ah

I think the better course of option is to just dramatically lower the price. I mean come on, $60 for a BAR with a pistol grip? Really?

Of course, very unlikely to happen sadly.

The vast majority of premium squads are at a disadvantage.

As a Premium Squad collector, I’m against it. Simply because, this is the essence of why premium squads were invented and appeared in the game in the first place. It’s like a fun unique in-game bling, for those willing to spend real money in-game and get something unique in return, which is essentially a rare, experimental, rarely seen fun weapons.

Who will then compensate me for all the real money I paid for these squads if we take those weapons away from them and put them into a simple gold order economy? Definitely not you  . Think twice.
