If you got this from random weapon delivery, lucky indeed, but how can you not have at least one engineer in every infantry squad, that is a must have. There is always opportunity to build some rally point or ammo crate, without engineer you must depend on others when low on ammo or you need to spawn somewhere closer to a point.

Let’s say you play other squads without engineer, you defend some point and are low on ammo, no crate around, now you are left to die and switch to other squad. Other situation you go with other squad than your engineer one, there is a good place to build some rally point but you can’t.
So many times I just spawn with the squad I need to level up / get experience and I always can build some rally point with whatever squad I take or ammo crate if needed, even to help other players. With just one squad of engineers I would have just 1 out of 3 opportunities to be more usefull to team other than shooting.
My way of leveling up squads is first do all blue +squad experience bonuses (to level up even faster) then always take engineer first and the rest later.

Yea you spawn with engineer squad and got bombed on your way somewhere where you would build a rally point, now you need to use other 2 squads before you can use them again. You become so much dependent on others.
it’s not a problem there are 10 of us it’s not just me if the others don’t know how to build one or don’t help in their turn, why should I do everything myself
Many times I kind of saved the day with my good placed rally point in time, so my team could spawn closer to cap point to either defend or attack in critical moment, at least I had the opportunity to do so with my engineer with every squad I take to battle and that is helping to win.
Yes it’s frustrating when you are the only one bulding rally points through whole battle (had few battles like that), but I see you already made up your mind about doing more for your team
Why whould I need one more rifleman instead of specialist such as engineer.
But don’t you feel sometimes you wish to have engineer with you in othes squad. Anyway we could argue more and more but in the end you’ve got your own playstyle and I have mine, so if it’s working for you then good for you.

Dude if he wants to use this setup, he will, engineers are not necessary in ALL squads… Multiple play styles you know 🤷 You are free to do it, just don’t expect others to follow your ways like a bible.
not having the ability to enact the same tactic every game leads to more gameplay, as you use what you have in a different way to get the same thing, instead of the same stuff
