You need to get 67 levels in order to max them because there are 10 tanks to upgrade.
It also goes to show that TTs are broken since I Am upgrading the German Attacker Pilot III withe a BR2 plane bt the APII’s only have one plane at BR3 and the rest are BR4 and 5’s.
