βSend to rearβ to be more precise, if you wish to get rid of them. But once they remove academy you might be able to get bronze orders for the unwanted soldiers as a recompensation, and then use those for advancing the rest.

where can i find this?
at least you can place AT infantry into other squads or level few of them up at once.
But how about freaking useless pilots?

Shame is pilots dont even give you starting rifle like AT gunners do.

Send home the 1 stars and most of the 2 stars and keep the 3 stars.
I assume when the new system comes it give us more bronze for a 3 star than a 1 star.
Also Iβd recommend perfecting any 5 star soldiers you have - correct perks wise as re rolling is being removed/reworked and they mentioned it would de level your troop to re roll or something like that.
So tiring to do this. Tbh I dont wanna waste 20mins kicking out Soldiers. I wanna play. Some people have a actual work life.
Yeah I agree. I dont know why there isnt a mass select button for dismissing soldiers, breaking down weapons and using bronze orders.
Yeahβ¦ Itβs quite garbage from them. Losing a level everytime will make it harder to reach the correct perk. Why? Because no more can you forget that your guy is ready and has 30 reroll pts accumulated for you to choose exactly what you wantβ¦ no. It will be one at a time 
Also for 5 stars, it takes less xp to obtain such a point than the last lvl.
