Louder enemy footsteps

im not entirely sure if this is just because im playing on U.S servers when living in Aus, (high ping), but i’ve found that when holding a house or building that has multiple access points im listening out for enemy footsteps and hearing none. Then out of seemingly nowhere an enemy runs through the entire building and melees me or shoots me. i can confirm not hearing footsteps isn’t from my hardware as i have a steelseries arctis pro headset and am visually impaired with excellent hearing

They are in the same audio options as the plane and tank engine sounds. Planes are extremely loud, tanks are fine, foodsteps are extremely quiet.

yeah and they all sound the same what some games do is make the enemy foot steps sometimes make diffrent sounds or echos or give them some more bass

they just need to be distinguishable, if there is someone friendly or foe, i want to be able to at least hear them to check if it is an enemy or friendly. Currently its just like ghosts running around with a complete lack of footsteps

100% with this. Enlisted and Cuisine Royale both have this problem, and it’s lead me to nearly smashing my keyboard to pieces. There should be louder footsteps and rustling sounds so enemies can’t sneak up on you easily, especially with heavy weapons. A 5’6-6’3 man who’s in the weight range of 168lbs is going to make noise.
