There is this little idea I’m thinking about for some time. Its a small quality of life improvement for engineers and sounds as the following:
If the player starts to build something and switches to an other soldier while the building process, the previous soldier (under AI control of course) shall stay an finish the building.
That already is possible.
If the other soldier is also an engineer of course.
Order him to finish building.
We could expand that idea. I would love the ability to be able to command my engineer to build something while using another soldier. You would just have an option in the radial menu and a blueprint could be placed for the engineer(s) to build. It would save me the trouble of having to switch to the engineer and sit there while it builds.
I’m trying pass this idea for a long time now, usually the feedback is “YoU cAn AlReAdY dO tHaT”.
