Limit Vehicles

I am thinking possibly something along the lines of Post Scriptum, where a team is allotted a certain amount of vehicles and planes. Once they are used up, well your S.O.L… Has potential to do good and should alleviate some of the bomber/rocket spam. More so aimed towards aircraft as armor can be dealt with easily. Unless someone is sitting way off pretty much in their spawn, where you of course cant get to.

Before we make a limit on vehicles, we need to do something about the kamikaze pilots who spawn and dump their ordnance during a nose dive with no intention whatsoever of surviving. Try to get some quick kills, then get back to the fight on the ground.

Also, there is already a sort of limit; only up to 2 tanks at a time, and only up to 2 planes at a time, per side. If we’re going to limit the number of vehicles, will we increase how many vehicles that can be active at once? Anyhow, regardless, as mentioned, something needs to be done about the kamikaze pricks that will punish them personally but not the whole team otherwise it will make an already mildly annoying situation MUCH more annoying for everyone. I’m sympathetic to the notion of “If you crash your plane within seconds or only a minute or two after spawning, and didn’t even suffer any damage from enemy fire, you suffer losses.” For example, any kills you scored will at minimum provide you no XP, possibly will be removed from the scoreboard entirely so it’s like you never got the kills, but maybe even go to the point where it actually COSTS you XP.

If you got enough kills in your kamikaze bombing to earn you, I dunno, 200 XP, but then you just crash uselessly right after in spite of having not gotten hit by anything, you actually lose 50% more than that and will be docked 300 XP from the match afterwards. Doesn’t harm the team, only harms the player who’s not playing right. Maybe even present a pop-up notification of the docked XP from the incorrect and/or inappropriate use of aircraft. It’s a thought…

Better limit plane bomb refills then and probably also increase waiting time when player can get new plane or tank again. I’ve noticed some players waste their infantry squads as fast as they can just to hop on a new plane or tank.

Just give every player limit how many vehicles thaey can ure per match. Like 2-3 planes per player. Possibly also add cooldown for vehicle types, after tanker/pilot dies all his planes/tanks are on cooldown, ofcourse people who bought additional slots so thay can only suicide bomb whole match will whine but who cares

If they did that I would legit not know what to do with my time. I usually spend the entire match blowing up tanks and end up with 20+ tank kills.

Removing the consequence-free spamming of vehicles wouldn’t be fun right??? It’s fun to just be able to take out the most powerful game items available over and over again and kamikaze them for ez kills right?

I’m more so concerned about the planes rather than the tanks. I myself have a lot of fun destroying tanks as well.

Tanks have a counter that does not force infantry to stop what they are doing and play a different part of the game they may not have interest in. Meanwhile planes do not.

Both should be adjusted but I agree with you.
