Here are some other tanks of WW2 with extra armour.
T34-85 with improvised armour on the turret
Spaced armour T34-76
Then this T34 with concrete armour
Hey guys! I just had a nap and dreamed about German tanks fitted with track plating all over their front hull just like in War Thunder. With that setup, they’d stand a much better chance of shrugging off the first or second incoming rounds from KVs and Shermans. But after waking up, I only own the Command Panzer IV and the Stalingrad-marked Panzer IV G with this makeshift track armor. In my opinion, adding a full track-wrap skin for Panzer IV G and H down the line would be far better than the ongoing in-game event right now.
I would really appreciate it if you could pass along a request for these tanks to be added to proper Italian and American squads, whether by adding them to the existing TT squads or by bringing back corresponding legacy squads that come with the tanks.
He has a positive point though, it would be cool if you could change the camo pattern on the armored skin so it would work better in the different theaters. originally when we got a whole separate vehicle you could change the camo, now you can’t… seriously it would be good for us and Gaijin too because they could sell camos for unique tanks and we would get cool tanks and buy camos for them if we like.
I’d love to have a Kriegsmarine squad with some pretty unique weaponry. The G43 DFR was good, but I’d prefer the MKB42 (Mauser) or one of the other MKB35 assault rifles in the 7x39mm experimental version, or a Regia Marina squad with the Scotti Naval rifle with long-magazine which is like a machine gun. With Japan, what I’d really like to see is a weapon with a suppressor. The Type 99 LMG could mount one, although the Type 99 itself is a bit awkward to use in the game.
Indeed, it’s more of a selective-fire rifle configuration than an assault rifle; 15 rounds simply isn’t a very good combination with that rate of fire, and that’s without even knowing the actual magazine capacity, although judging by other Italian weapons, it must be at least 25 to 30 rounds.
And this one i can certainly say that at least haves 40 to 50 rounds, wich can work as a BR4 MG
Absolutely, in my case I also want it especially since I became interested in WW2 because of the Kriegsmarine, maybe we could see them with some unusual German weapon or something from Narvik
If they don’t want to fix the Scotti, I doubt they’ll ever include my much-dreamed-of Type Hei automatic in a 20-round version for the Japanese Assault rifles.
That would be good too. I would like a version of the Kilary that is truly controllable and can go toe-to-toe with Thompsons. I certainly don’t know much about Romanian weaponry, but an IAR-80 with better ground attack capabilities wouldn’t be bad.
