According to the game, “ A soldier gains experience for participating in a battle, as well as for killing enemies.” So my question is how do I level up Soldiers to 5-Stars Faster?
By using that squad, containing one or more unleveled soldiers, in battle.
Using the specific soldier that needs leveling helps as well, they get more experience from being actively used. I don’t know exactly how the conversion works… but, all soldiers in the squad recieve XP from score gained by any soldier in that squad, but the soldier that ‘earned’ that score specifically gets the most. This is why, for example, your engineer will often level up faster than everyone else - because over the course of a game he is recieving way more passive XP from your active rallies than the rest of the squad is.
You should also keep one Battle Pass soldier within the squad you are using to level up soldeirs with - I am fairly sure the 20% XP gain applies to eveything and everyone in the squad.
If you own a Premium squad that allows you to insert regular soldiers (like Premium APC squads), then the 100% Premium bonus is applied to leveling the soldiers as well.
Having Premium time on your account naturally also gives you a bonus. If you can benefit from all three mentioned here and above; + 20% from BP Soldier, + 100% from Premium Squad bonus, + 100% from Premium Account time, and even + 50% from winning, and you’ll be leveling quite fast.

Add a hero into the squad, make sure the squad has a radio man and engineer. Use the radio while you are on the guy you need to level. Capture points, destroy tanks, get easy exp. Make sure you have premium and are doing JOIN ANY battle. I have 90-95% of my squads maxxed 3 star soldiers, max weapons highest tier. Also best to buy 10x at a tme when building. It takes about 150k per squad. Engineers make a lot of exp for the squad build a 10x wall 2 wide 5 deep. surround that with wire. Drop AP’s after you do that hide behind the cover or be proactive. I also split the 50% bonus across every battle. 1 booster per JOIN ANY. A loss is like a win, a win is +20-30%.

What about for:
- Assault Pilot Squads
- Fighter Pilot Squads
Those pilots are very easy to level… I’ve gotten them from lvl 1 to lvl 5 in one battle, on multiple occassion.
When you hear “enemy bombers approaching”, that’s your dinner bell alarm sounding.

I cycle 3 planes, use the V key like crazy. Even if you do not blow the target up you get the mark bonus and of course bombers. Know they come from the right and fly out to meet. them. You want to be able to hit them at an angle as they fly by to get the most effect. It also helps to visualize the area you are bombing if you have played the map a million times you know where good places to bomb are. Also the enemy fighters come mostly from the 11 o clock position to the cap Normandy the bombers come left and the enemy fights rearm right. Also helps to have a murder squad when you jump out of the plane. These guys are 2 squads in one.
