I’m sure at least some of you got annoyed by building one rally point during Invasion, capped, and then had to back-track to destroy the rally point and build it somewhere relevant.
A button to remotely destroy it so you can build a new one would be useful.
I just spawn on the point I want to dismantle.
This involves unnecessarily dying.
When you’re already with an engineer squad and you’re pushing up, that’s not an option. Having the ability to press a button and dismantle the point to build it further up would be insanely helpful.
If the team cooperate is OK, than you could ask a team member to destroy that. But current team cooperate is a s**t. And dev still has little improvement on this.
Why button? It makes more sence just when u bild new one the old one is automaticly destroyed…
This is why I’ve suggested that Rally Points be automatically deleted in the Invasion and Assault modes after each objective phase (resource points obviously given back to the engineers who’ve created it).
So many times this, its such a waste of time to go back to an old rally point to delete it manually, and it feels like shit mechanics when spawn points are possibly the biggest factor in a victory or defeat, so they’re basically mandatory to have.
I agreed, rally point sometimes stuck behind the frontline and sometimes you can’t get back and destroy them or having a hard time doing it
At an absolute minimum make rally points over a certain distance from the point explode (even if its like 200m+)
