Would be nice. For example: You could name your server something like “moscow 24/7” if you are running only moscow maps

We have already plenty of Hitlers (nicknames) running around.
It would just end up with servers being named after concentration camps and so.

I mean basic filters can exist, could even add a report server name function.
But also as you said, plenty of hitlers exist in game already, genuinely I dont think anyone would actually care if there is a few servers with offensive names, especially if there was a report server name function.
