Let the M14/41's commander use personal weapons

[Should the commander be able to use personal weapons?]

The commander of the M14/41 is unable to use personal weapons at all, including binoculars, but it should be able to. There is plenty of space for the commander to use said weapons, and IMO, restricting the use of personal weapons on any vehichle is dumb. I hope this can be changed to let the commander if this tank (and hopefully every other vehichle at some point, especially TDs) use personal weapons and binoculars.

I not sure about this because he already has a roof mounted MG. I say only binoculars.

Every tank commander should be able to do so, like whats blocking them? A MG?
