Make it only +/- 1 tier
So T1 only fights T1 and T2;
T2 fights 1 and 3;
T3 fights 2 and 4;
T4 fights 3 and 5; and
T5 only fights 4 and 5
Forget “2 rooms” nonsense

Make three queues for T1-2, T3 and T4-T5 for now until game has more players and content.
