Right now, I see 2 major problems with confrontation:
- If one side is much stronger, battle takes a lot of time anyway, because of the timer
- Because there are no counterattack possibility, both teams running back and fourth, this is also boring.
Main suggestion: let 2 points be active all the time.
Explanation: team A starts at the point 2, goal is to cap point 5, team B starts at the point 4, goal is to cap 1.
At the start of the battle point 3 is active, locked and neutral. So, if 3 is captured by team A, 3 becomes A defend point and point 4 activates and becomes B defend point. If point 4 is captured by A, then point 4 becomes point A and point 5 activates and becomes B defend point. In the opposite situation, 3 becomes B defend point point 2 activates and becomes A defend point.
Additional suggestions:
- Display tickets of both teams at the top of the screen
- Cap time and tickets gain is equal for both sides for all points
- Cap time increases maximum to 1.2x, even if there are 30 units
- Cap time is increased to 1.5x, due to counterattack ability
- Point can’t be fully captured, if there is at least 1 enemy at the point - capture stops before last tick.
