With most of the earning problems fixed with the profit of people who build ralley points, we should start considering the one last problem, YOU EARN TOO LESS FOR BREAKING ENEMY RALLY. Flanking and taking out enemy rally is a hard job, it also contributes a lot to the game, so i think the xp gained should be increased. At least you shouldnt earn the same from breaking an enemy ralley and breaking a med box.
