The very latest patch say reduce fire rate gunners, ok get that but what does the other change to bombers mean, it could just be translation into English?
Is it reducing the number of active gunners in the Bombers, so the planes are technically half empty, that to make them easier to shoot down right?
I’m against reducing / emptying planes of gunners, I actually think it’s quite a rush to go up and it’s a challenge, I don’t want this to become a farm…
Also what about the Soviet bombers? No mention?

i looked up the IL-4. seems like it has less gunners than the He 111. the reduction in gunners is probably just to balance them out/make them more alike
also, is this the first mention of an IL-4? was pretty sure the soviets also just had He 111’s as placeholders, but i guess not

Before the changes I’ve been shot down by IL-4 few times, so no placeholders there. Now after these changes you can actually survive a bit longer when flying behind formation, even shoot down one or two planes and be able to continue flying, sometimes.
Yet I had one weird situation, I’ve killed pilot from one of the bombers, got the plane kill in killfeed but this bomber was still flying with formation as a “ghost plane”. Don’t know if he dropped his bombs, but it had no longer this triangle marker above and never went down.
